Mimes return to Collins for a Roundtable discussion
ALUMNI ROUNDTABLE
On October 27th, four Mimes alum sat down with the current Mimes to discuss
their career paths and the transition from graduation to employment. The
panelists (Sally Benner, FCRH 1984, Tom Beck, FCRH 1991, Tod Engle, FCRH 1979
and Sara Zick, FCRH 2001) were chosen based on majors the current Mimes are
pursuing. Each panelist shared their fondest Mimes memories (and nightmares!)
and emphasized how much their work in the Mimes helped them in the “real
world” outside of Collins.
We are hopeful that this will be the first of many Roundtable discussions. If
you are interested in being
a future panelist, please contact Dennis McCarthy at
DennisM@mimesalums.org

NEW CURTAINS in COLLINS
Thanks to alumni donations (above and beyond the lightboard funds), the Mimes
were able to purchase new rear black curtains and new black legs for the stage.
Current Mimes President, Gina Noto and Vice President Chris Bennett proudly
show them off.
Those of you who worked on the 150th Gala saw for yourselves the terrible shape
the existing curtains were in. The MMAA is thrilled to be able to provide
these funds and thanks all of the alumni who have marked their donations for the
Mimes & Mummers. It makes a difference!
