Directions for the Picnic on August 21, 2005

Time: 4:00pm-7:00pm (rain or shine)

Where:                        The lawn space we have is north of Window #3
                                  of the Delacorte Theater Box Office, on the north side
                                  of the paved walking path.

How It Works:              Like the Philharmonic's Concerts in the Park.
                                  Bring your own blanket, dining, and family and friends.
                                  (Park regulations prohibit alcohol.)

The Play:                     Two Gentlemen of Verona (the box office advises
                                  camping out for tickets beginning at 9:00am
                                  for the 1:00pm ticket drop.) You are responsible
                                  for obtaining your own tickets.

Directions to the Picnic in Central Park

Take the 6 train to 77th Street. Entrance to Central Park is at 79th Street and Fifth Ave. Follow footpath to the Delacorte Theater. The Pond is adjacent to the Delacorte Theater on the transverse between the West and East Sides.

Take the B or C train to 81st Street. Entrance to Central Park is at 81st Street and Central Park West. Follow footpath to the Delacorte Theater. The Pond is adjacent to the Delacorte Theater on the transverse between the West and East Sides.

Take the 1 or 9 train to 59th Street, switch to the B or C trains, to 81st Street. Entrance to Central Park is at 81st Street and Central Park West. Follow footpath to the Delacorte Theater. The Pond is adjacent to the Delacorte Theater on the transverse between the West and East Sides.
